  Called up and got a quote. Made sure the price wasn't going to change. Got told the quote will remain the same.
  After getting my hair done, I got charged extra, despite confirming the price again with one of the staff before actually getting my hair done.
  Hair basically looks the same as it did when I walked into the store. Can still see my brown re-growth when it's meant to be blonde.
  Will not be going back to this place despite it being a few minutes from my place.
  Friendly staff though, and a comfortable environment.

  Amazing atmosphere, friendly, warm and welcoming customer service. I highly recommend this salon. My hair has never felt better. I feel completely satisfied after every visit and always have a great time.

  Chat is the best hairdresser that I have ever met who has lots of professional skills.
  I was unsure to colour my hair as I was thinking how will it be look like and will it be suit on me. But chat was guiding me through various colour options and helped me to select the best hair colour.
  I will never forget how friendly and nice she is.. If you are looking for a good stylist with new ideas, go for Chat in Salon Nine Greenwale..

  Been coming here for years and years. I now live in Collingwood (which is quite far away) and still make the trip up and back just to have my hair cut here. All of the staff are lovely. It’s a real ‘family environment’, and they are all great hairdressers.

  Fantastic customer service and staff except for the fact one of the staff pointed one out by there religion as she was Muslim ,lucky she didn't discriminate or else be taken to court due to work ethics.
